Shini sLink Protocol Solution Applied in Injection Molding System

Since the industrial revolution in 19th Century, the industrial automation, from start-up apparatus to electric instrument, from on the spot control to centralized room control, from panel operation to computer station operation, and from simulation signal to digital signal as well as traditional control theory to modern advanced control theory etc., the control technology in industry has been developed rapidly. As the leading enterprise in the field of plastics auxiliary equipment, Shini Group has to keep pace with the control on auxiliary equipment, therefore it launched Shini sLink Protocol Solution. 

Shini sLink Protocol Solution is based on the centralized monitoring and control solution of network communication, the main control unit via Ethernet or RS485 communication port to connect with the auxiliary equipment. In the main control unit to achieve central monitoring of the auxiliary equipment with dryer, loader, mould temperature controller, water chiller, blender, robot and hot-runner, which centralized and intellectualized auxiliary equipment. 

Collaborated with HAITIAN Plastics Machinery, Shini Group has employed the sLink in the control system of HAITIAN IMM. Via RS485 port, the IMM is connected with the auxiliary equipment which achieves the central monitoring of mould temperature controller, water chiller, dryer and loader. It integrates the state monitor, parameter setting, alarm inquiry function of the auxiliary equipment into the operation panel of the IMM, which enables direct display and manipulation of the state and parameters on the panel. At present, HAITIAN Plastics Machinery received some orders according to this application and got good feedback from the customers.
