Successful Case of Servo Driven Swing-arm Robot in Electronic Industry

Since the era of globalization has arrived, the consumers expect higher quality of the electrical products with lower spending. The use of automated equipment can help manufacturers to improve their production efficiency and product yield and lower their costs. 

A company which mainly produces electrical breakers in Zhejiang has purchased 21 sets of Shini servo driven swing-arm robot SS1 series at the end of 2015. The company purchased our SS1 robot to remove the sprue from their injection molding machine. The company is one of the leading manufacturers in the industry and their plant construction area covers 2000 square meters.

SS1 robot can help our customer to save labor cost and acquire more stable production cycle. Pickup the parts manually will easily cause defected parts and make trouble to operate the injection molding machine. After using the robot, each robot movement and time interval is fixed, the production cycle becomes more stable and the product quality is improved. 

The SS1 servo driven swing-arm robot is one of our 2016 promoting products. It is designed for rapid and precise removal of sprue and runner from injection molding machine, and place them into granulator for recycling. In the meantime, the robot can choose optional vacuum device to accomplish simple product pickup task. It is ideally used for injection molding machine under 250T clamp force.
