Large Flow Oil Heater STM-3050F
•Adopt P.I.D multi-stage temperature control system can maintain mould temperature during operation. When the flow is 294L/Min at 200℃/392℉, the accuracy can reach ±1℃/1.8℉. Controller adopts 3.2”LCD for easy operation.
•Multiple safety devices including power reverse phase protection, pump overload protection, overheat protection and low level protection that can automatically detect abnormal performance and indicate this via visible alarm.
•Adopt large-flow pump with high stable performance. Besides suitable for mould heating and temperature maintaining, it is especially suitable for extrusion occasions.
•Indirect cooling can achieve optimal cooling effect, which lowers the temperature rapidly to set point.

Higher Efficiency Cooler
For cooling, STM-3050F adopts Shini standard cooler. Under test condition: cooling water is 23℃/73.4℉, cooling water pressure is 2.2bar. Cooling efficiency of Shini standard cooler is much higher than the 30KW plate heat exchanger. It means with high cooling efficiency, the machine cost is lower. STM-3050F adopts double coolers which are more suitable for large cooling occasions.
Practical Oil Discharge Method
STM-3050F directly discharges oil through bottom outlet which only needs to unscrew trumpet nut for discharging. This design is similar to automobile fuel tank, the easy operation, compact design lower the cost of oil discharge.
Better Heat Dissipation Effect
The light hot air is easy to drift up, and then rises above cold air around; while the heavy cold air flows to the area of light air, thus it causes the air flow and wind. Based on the principle of wind, STM-3050F drills heat-dissipation pore from its side and top to smooth cold and hot air flow for the dissipation.
Application
This series of machine is used for mould heating and temperature maintaining, which is also suitable for extrusion process that requires larger flow and cooling capacity.
