Application of Central Air Supply System

One Limited Company in Sichun province is mainly produces series wine, precise plastic product, automobile mould unit, size completed high-precise mould for injection and stamping etc., it has diversified in bioengineering, pharmacy, printing, electronic, logistics and transportation industries, which has a profound corporate culture.

We have planned a complete set of Central Air Supply System for the company, which included 27 sets of injection molding machine that each equipped a vacuum pump separately, with 2-pump working and 1-pump backup for air supply. There’s the special trolley for loading beside the injection molding machine. Compared with single loading unit, it saved IMM peripheral space, decreased repair rate and accessories replacement of the loader, which makes the workshop clean with reduced noise.   



The vacuum pump SRB-80-V we provided adopts special sound-proof cover, and it can lower 15-20db of noise. The sound-proof cover is buckle fixed for convenient disassembly and repair check. Blower control box is separately mounted with blower body, which prevents electric failures, like wire looseness caused by electrical component vibration during blower operation, and extends the service life of electrical component. 

When the compressed air in system is abnormal, the diaphragm valve can’t be open that will result blower damage. While air pressure is lower than normal pressure, the long time overload of blower will damage the blower. The compressed air connector even can be disconnected by human mistake; therefore we designed the air source detective device for the system. If there’s compressed air abnormity, the system will stop loading and sound alarm as “Compressed Air Error”.

The special trolley in system is easy to move, there are two groups of quick connector for shut-off plate at bottom which are convenient for material replacement beside the machine, and it is indeed a good assistant of the customer.

It has been 3 months after system completion. The good performance increased customer’s production efficiency and reduced the repair of equipment, which makes the compact workshop become clean and spacious. All above improvement has made us well received by customer, and their approval is always the motive power for us to make progress.
