Central Conveying System Facilitates Enterprise’s Transformation and Upgrading

In 2016, China has put forward the innovation strategy for accelerating development, emphasizing that the technology innovation is the strategic support to improve social productivity and comprehensive national strength, which must be placed in the core position of overall nation’s development. As an enterprise, only with consistent innovation and development can it stand out from the increasing competitiveness. 

The enterprise requires not only invention, but also more changes as to change current system, improve production efficiency, and optimize the resource distribution. The central conveying system, as automation solution, helps the enterprise to transform. A Group of Medical Products Limited Company in Shandong is a Hong Kong-listed company. The group has 400 varieties and 3000 specifications of medical instruments and drugs, which is the largest manufacturer of disposable medical instrument in domestic. It is the national 863 industrialization base, and the key high and new technology enterprise of national torch plan 


This unit of system is designed with 68 sets of injection molding machine, dividing into upper and lower layers as layout. As in production of medical supplies, it requires high environment requirement, which workshop are purified without dusts. Other than previous manual feeding besides the injection molding machine, it is replaced by high-degree automation and centralized conveying method to eliminate material contacts and ensure workshop clean and tidy. Therefore, in the process of design, it set up the central feeding room on each layer correspondingly as different requests of the materials in upper and lower layers, which processed centrally without mutual interference. Aim to different material processing requirements, it adopts following conveying method: directly store the material without drying processing in the storage tank, while for materials require mixing are stored in the storage mixer. Mix the two kinds of materials according to proportion via proportional valve to reduce manual matching works.  For the whole system, the operator only needs to put the materials into the storage tank, and the remaining work just deliver to the central conveying system to handle, which fulfills the automation. The client’s workshops are all the suspended ceilings, which all the pipes are hided. It ensures workshop free of pollution and meanwhile provides a good working environment for the staff.
