Side-entry Robot for Thin-walled Product

Application

•SSE-S robots are designed for taking out thin-walled products from  thermoforming machines. By complying food-grade hygiene requirements and utilizing the product packaging features, automation production can be easily achieve while a conveyor is included in the standard SSE-S robot package.

•The two axes of the robot are both driven by servo motors which can be controlled precisely and respond rapidly. The continuous production cycle time can be achieved within 3.5sec by using the SSE-S robot.

•The robot is short and installed on floor. By separating the robot with thermoforming machine, there is no mechanical vibration and frequency interference. The robots are mainly used on thermoforming machines for taking out, stacking and conveying multi-cavity plastic cups, plastic bowls, ice-cream cups and other disposable plastic tableware.
