Big Bag Unloading Station

There are mainly three package and transportation forms for plastic particles: one is 25kg bag, another is 0.5-2T bag (also called container bag), and then a special mobile tank for direct loading in bulk. 

However,  big bag is getting more received by customers because it could be loaded, unloaded, and transported by crane or forklift, which is convenient, high-efficient, and cost-effective. As the big bag has a certain volume, for the material, customers want to take it and replace the material storage tank for direct feeding on sites. In this case, it not only saves cost of storage tank, but also saves transfer time, which is economical and greatly improves work efficiency.   

In the past, most of customers adopt the common negative pressure loader by use a piece of stainless steel loading gun inserting to the middle of big bag. Via blower generated negative pressure to load the material to points from the bag. But this loading method has following problems: 

1.The suction lance could be easily sucked into the lining of bag, resulting loading suspension, which requires frequent manual handling. 

2.When there’s only one third of material left, the suction lance can’t process conveying which needs manual feeding or stacking materials to finish the loading.                     

3.It may cause one-sided loading during the process, which would result material leakage. 

For above problems, Shini has developed a kind of Auto Loader of Big bag, which could auto load 0.5-1.5T big bag till it is fully loaded without manual intervention.  

There are two core technologies of auto loader: one is loading unit, and its loading bag has anti-block handrail, which effectively prevents bag lining being taken by the inlet and halts. Vibration module is above the loading device, and it may cause vibration and dropping of device during the process to ensure no vacuum. Another is lifting device. It will hold the bag firmly and ensure no tilt of it to avoid no material leakage. During the process, the lifting device will uplift the pocket as material reducing till it touches the limit, which eventually lifts up the bag totally in empty.
