STM-2440HT / High Temperature Oil Heater

Features:

• The P.I.D. temperature control system used in any state can maintain a stable mould temperature with accuracy of ±1℃.
• Adopt high efficiency high-temperature magnetic pump with high-pressure and stable performance.
• Multiple safety devices can automatically detect abnormal performance and indicate it by visible alarm.
• Inner parts made from stainless steel to ensure explosion-free operation.

• Heating pipes are made of stainless steel.
• With stable performance, the heating temperature can reach 300℃ and the difference in temperature can be controlled within±1℃.

 

 

 

Key Improvement:

• Change of the machine structure to reduce the temperature of the inner part and surface of themachine, electric control box, and draining temperature of cooling water in order to enhance the service life of machines and prevent burns.
• After change, surface temperature of the machine is ≤55℃ (excluding the rear plate), internal temperature is ≤45℃ (around the pump), internal temperature of the electric control box is ≤40℃, draining temperature of the cooling water is ≤75℃ and the surface temperature of the draining pipes is ≤35℃ (when cooling at 300℃).

 

Performance-price Ratio:

With minor changes in the dimensions of STM-2440HT, longer service life is obtained because of low machine temperature.

 

Application:

High Temperature Oil Heater is mainly used in mould heating and obtaining constant temperature. It is also can be applied in the fields with same demands.
