Traverse movement is driven by heavy duty servo motor with cooperation of precise linear guide rails and high power V belts; Fast, silent, and precise. Wrist mechanism employs pneumatic driven rack and pinion system, which accomplishes smooth, stable and precise flipping motion. Vertical arm(s) with telescopic design efficiently minimizes the cycle time and height of the robot.

High efficient shock absorbers allow fast and precise pneumatic driven motion. Drop proof locking mechanism prevents accidences due to malfunction of pneumatic source. Position limit sensors and blocks effectively prevent mechanical and electrical malfunctions. Control board is designed to CE EMC test with short circuit and noise proof functions.

Vertical and kick displacements can be adjusted simply by changing the position limit blocks in easy directions. Control board fixtures are designed with flyer structure which provides benefit to maintenance. Cable drag chains help with cable management and ease for maintenance.

Q & A

■ Q: How many models of STM-1? And whats the applicaiton?
■ A: There are five models STM1-550-1000(D)、STM1-700-1400(D)、STM1-900-1600(D)、STM1-1100-1800(D)、STM1-1300-2000(D) available for the use with plastics injection moulding machine 100T、 200T、300T、450T and under 650T.

■ Q: STM1 is available for which model of moulding?
■ A: This series can also offer the double-arm type and single arm type for the customers requirements. Single arm type is suitable for the 2-plate mold users and hot runner mold plate users. But regarding the doublearm, according to clients request, we may choose only one arm, which is suitable for the double board mold or the hot flow channel mold.

■ Q: How about the positioning accuracy of STM1, whether can realize the storehouse function?
■ A: This machine walks sideways the direction (the Z axis) to locate accurately, the error about 0.1mm, extraction (X axis) and on the lower cylinder (the Y axis) controlled by the compressed air, the position error relate to barometric pressure, this series manipulator Z axis direction may stack randomly within stroke range, direction of X axis and the Y axis may stack two layers.
