Performance-Price Ratio

■ SG-36E (Econo central granulator) series is developed based on SG-36 (Standard soundproof central granulator). Both of them adopt similar cutting chamber, safety structure and manipulation as well as the same granulating capacity. But in order to save cost, the difference is cancellation of sound-proof device, conveying blower and manual storage tank, which are in consistent with economical benefits.

 

Application

■ SG-36E series are suitable for centralized recycling of wastes and rejected parts from injection, blowing molding and extrusion lines. When the wastes materials with fiber or nearly like fiber (CPVC), we can choose granulator with model denotes "F".

Both of them adopt similar safety structure and  manipulation, but it is more economical compared to SG-36 series. Therefore, we can choose SG-E series without requiring for sound-proof. 

■ Q:What is the maximum thickness of materials for SG-36E series? 
■ A:It can not exceed 60mm.

■ Q:What is the blade materials of SG-36E? 
■ A:The blade material is SKD11, it is suitable to granulate material without fibers. After quenching, blade rigidity can reach HRC56~58.
