Successful Application of PET Virgin Materials + Regrind Materials Processing System

A company situated in Zhangbin Industrial District in central Taiwan deals with plastic cup covers and cups manufacturing, it is also engaged in retail trade and overseas business.

This company projected three extruding production lines which are capable of recycling PET plastic products for its new factories. There is currently one production line that mixes 50% of both PET virgin materials and regrind materials for producing cups, cup covers, other products and PET sheets.

This company purchased SCR, SGB, SHD-U and SD-H to form a crystallizing, weighing & drying system with throughput of 500kg/hr.

Workflow of this system is: the PET regrind sheet material is first crystallized by SCR, and then the virgin and regrind materials are metered and mixed by SGB, finally SHD-U and SD-H dehumidify and dry the mixed materials. This system was running well from the date of delivery and achieved the goal to mixes 50% of both PET virgin materials and regrind materials for production. We obtained the customer the consistent high praise.
