Successful Application of PET Regrind Material Processing System

A certain company located in Guantian Industrial District in southern Taiwan is specialized in recycling plastic bottles. To recycle and reuse PET plastic products, this company invested in a new extruding production line to granulate the regrind sheet material of plastic bottles and separate crystalline materials from non-crystalline materials.

This company acquired SCR, SHD-U (with stirring device) and SD-H to form a PET crystallizing and drying system.

Workflow of this system is: the PET regrind sheet material is dried by SHD-U (with stirring device) in advance; SHD-U and SD-H dry the material then, finally SCR crystallizes the plastic pellets after granulation. This set of equipment operates well since the date of delivery and realizes the objection to utilize 100% PET regrind materials for granulation.
