Reports on the Achievement of Industrial-Education-Research Cooperation Model
Since Aug. in 2008, SHINI group has been sending the invitation to Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Dongguan College of Technology and expressing the desire for cooperation. After that, rounds of negotiation took place between Corporation and Institutions on the industrial-education-research cooperation model. Finally SHINI established a cooperative tie with Dongguan College of Technology in technique & research, business & development, and human resources management. The past two years have witnessed the progressed made on bilateral cooperation.
Sign the contract formally and unveil the board of External On-job Training Base
SHINI Plastics Technology Incorporation and Dongguan College of Technology signed the cooperative contract on 18th, Nov. 2008. The ceremony of unveiling board of external on-job training base was held at the same time.
Donation of equipments
In 2008 Dongguan SHINI group donated a set of plastics auxiliary equipments including All-In-One” Compact Dryer, Granulator, Swing-arm Robot, and Proportional Valve. These equipments integrated with the injection molding machines of Dongguan College of Technology into an automatic system, which was worth 86.9 thousand RMB.
Donation of eLearning System
The on-line eLearning system, mainly designed by Chris Chang from the Corporation Technology Center of SHINI, was authoritatively donated to Dongguan College of Technology as the auxiliary teaching system for the Major of Plastics Processing in Mechanics and Engineering School. The training material of equipments above was included in the tanning courses.
Chris Chang was hired as the Consultant of External Teaching Base
Chris Chang from the Corporation Technology Center of SHINI was hired as the Consultant of External Teaching Base on 3rd, Apr. 2009 and he would be responsible for coaching trainees who would fulfill the internship in SHINI group.
Exchange for Technology
SHINI group also employed President Wang, Professor Sun and Han from Mechanics and Engineering School as the outer experts of Product Development. They will provide advice for the R&D of SHINI products.
Campus Employment
SHINI group was invited by Dongguan College of Technology to join the Campus Employment so as to recruit a certain part of exceptional internees who were able to contribute their knowledge in research, marketing and productive management departments.
SHINI group joined the Campus Employment in Guangzhou University City on 12th, Jun, 2010, during which Chris Chang, the head of Corporation Technology Center gave a lecture for the undergraduates. The lecture mainly reported the technological idea, research management, information management, patent management and talents’ training of SHINI group, attracting elites from various institutions to participate and discuss. By means of campus employment, some excellent ones of them have been employed to SHINI group, including the reserve enrollers of postgraduates.
Support and Sponsor Campaigns
SHINI group was grandly invited to support and sponsor the Competition of HR Simulated Debates in the First Training Camp for Exploring Undergraduates’ Potential by Human Resource Association. Chris Chang and Miss Feng attended the competition and assumed the role of judges and honored guests. Competitors acted both solemnly and vigorously through debating the topic on How to promote the management and leadership of undergraduates” from multiple points of view. Their enthusiastic debates rightly showed the consolidated quality and cultural accumulation of contemporary university men.
External-Internship
15 seniors majored in Mechanics Designing of Dongguan College of Technology will be arranged to fulfill the internship in SHINI group from September, 2010. At present seven of them will go to Corporation Technology Center and two go to Automation Business Department, six go to Production Department. Then accordingly SHINI would arrange counselors from all departments to guide students. The General trainer, Division Heads of departments are in charge of supervising and appraising the achievements.
About Prospects
In future, the training resources of Human Resource in SHINI could be optimized through Corporation-Institution Cooperative mode. On one hand, Technique Schools will provide a certain number of training courses and examinations for National Technician Qualification annually for free. On the other hand, Corporations will offer an Internship Base for Schools to achieve the teaching pattern of Half-working and Half-learning. Furthermore, according to the actual situation of human supplement each year, enterprises can provide human resource in accordance with the technical requirements for technical school to establish majors conforming to the market economy.
Through conclusions above, we firmly believe that produce-learning-research cooperative mode will be getting a great stride from now on!
