Q: What are the application occasions of the model?
A: It is mainly applied to conveying occasions with less than or equal to 30kg/hr throughput. When collocating with dryer, hopper or ulti-function mounts HMB-900 for use, it should be installed with special installation base or transitional flange.
Q: What is the test condition of conveying throughput? Whether it can be used for long distance transportation?
A: Throughput test conditions: prepare plastic materials with bulk density of about 0.65kg/L, diameter of 3~5mm. Then test them in 4m vertical height and 1m horizontal distance. It can be used for long-distance transportation. However, due to small absorbing capacity of suction motor, conveying capacity will be obviously decreased as distance goes further. So distance can not be so far, generally about 100m.
