Q: How to remove powder by using SHR-CP series models?
A: SHR-CP series adopts method of air suction boiling materials to eliminate powder. When raw material gets to the position near strainer and drops down because of its heavier gravity than that of blower, powder contained in raw material is absorbed into filter because of light weight through strainer so that the aim of removing powder out of material can be achieved.
Q: Is SHR-CP capable of removing powder in material thoroughly?
A: No. The reason is that a certain amount of powder would adhere to the surface of material due to static. The efficiency of powder-removing is equal to or more than 80%.
