Successful Application 1: JiaSheng Plastics Central Conveying System

JiaSheng Plastics Hardware Co., LTD (Located in Huizhou, Guangdong) is a manufacturer specialized in household goods. Founded in October, 2006, now JiaSheng ran as the supplier of IKEA and mainly produced a wide range of goods including chopping board, microwave oven cover, kettle, storage box, bowl, dish and cup.

To produce a variety of goods no doubt requires a variety of raw materials, such as PP, PC, ABS, LLDPE, TPE and PPR. All of them would be put into production without being dried. The feeding system is equipped with 8 material tanks, which would be distributed for 21 IMMs for use through material distribution station. At most, 8 types of material can be used simultaneously. System adopts the laying-tube way of equipping one feeding tube with each IMM so that corresponding material could be selected according to different categories of IMM through material distribution station. SCM doser is equipped with feeding mouth of each IMM because color masterbatch is one of raw materials. Above SCM doser is the central vacuum hopper, whose feeding mouth is equipped with non-return device concerning the fact that the open SCM structure would cause air leak during material suction.

Built in July and put into operation with perfect running until now, the feeding system successfully realized the objective of planning and reduced manpower, also advanced production efficiency, enjoying a favorable reputation among clients.
