Successful Application: Remote Conveying of Central Feeding System

Tongming Auto Lamp Co., Ltd. Is a large-scale enterprise specializing in manufacturing lamps for famous brand limousines. Tongming has been planning to build a new plant close to the main factory since 2004 when a contract is signed with Shini on installing central feeding system.

The six workshops of first-term project are distributed in six different sites with over 200 meters of longitudinal distance and over 100 meters lateral distance. And warehouse for raw material keeps to the very side of plant. The system furthest length of distribution tube is more than 250 meters and each workshop needs to be sufficient for over 28 kinds of material selection. Furthermore, delivery capacity of every workshop should not be smaller than 1000kg/hr. Consider the general delivery capacity of traditional central feeding system is within 130 meters, high-pressure and low air volume Roots blower is employed after specific calculations which in theory delivery distance can reach as far as 500 meters. To meet requirements of multiple material selections, traditional distribution station is accommodated to two-way direction distribution. In addition, the ongoing feeding method is adopted to meet the requirement of remote and large-capacity delivery. And the air suction time is reduced to zero. With everything ready orders begin to take effect.

The complete set of system was delivery to Tongming factory in March 2010. Before installation, firstly a test was conducted in which many single tubes were connected as the over 300 meters twist and turn tube way. (More than 8 ninety degree turns). The test result was favorable so the construction made its work in line with planning.

May of this year has seen the great success of remote central feeding system application as system employment is under a smooth operation since handed over to customers.
