Zhongyu Electric Appliance (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd is a Taiwanese company which produces Christmas adornment for European and American market since 1994. The company purchased 30 SS-550 sprue pickers in August, 2010 and a ST1-900-1600DT telescopic traverse robot in September. The feedback from ZhongYu is positive.

SS Application on the Spot

The SS Series robot is designed for rapid and precise removal of sprue and runner from injection molding machine, and place them into granulator for recycling. Simple product removal is applicable with optional vacuum generator and EOAT. Suitable for injection molding machine under 250T clamp force.

ST1 Application on the Spot

The ST1 Series robot is designed for rapid and precise removal of sprues and products from injection molding machine, and place them at desired locations. Standard and telescopic arm(s) are selectable according to the application of two plate mold, three plate mould or hot runner system. Stacking function provides 2 stop points in X and Y axis, multiple stop points in Z axis. Suitable for injection molding machine under 850T clamp force.
