Features

Adopt side air suction with a simple structure. It occupies small space for easy movement.

Can be collocated with water chillers or cooling system.

Equipped with anti-phase, default phase, overload and high temperature protection. Both alarm and warning light would send alert of breakdown, making operation secure and reliable.

The adjustable range for air-out temperature is wide and air-out temperature value can be shown at once via displayer.

Equipped with the pull-out air filter which has simple structure and it is convenient clean filter screen.

Detector with negative pressure is to monitor air suction channel to avoid blockage.

The air throughput is 3000m3/hr and circulating return air device is optional.

Compared with mould sweat dehumidifiers, SACC series are equipped with heat exchanger instead of honeycomb rotor, making low energy consumption and price is competitive.

 

Application

This series are applicable for extrusion film line cooling, cold-air stereotyping and preventing moisture condensation of moulds.

 

Q&A

Q: What is the reason for replacing mould sweat dehumidifiers with SACC?

A: As far as the structure is concerned, SACC series do not adopt honeycomb rotor but heat exchanger, which means it is unnecessary to assemble regeneration blower, regeneration heater and cooler. Energy consumption can be greatly reduced due to simple structure; if the requirement for dew point is not very low, SACC series are capable of substituting for mould sweat dehumidifiers.

Q: How to adjust air-out temperature between 12~24℃?

A: The intelligent flow regulating valve of chilled water inlet should be chosen as the option. By adjusting the flow of chilled water at inlet can adjust air-out temperature accordingly while other ways of adjusting external channel are also feasible.

Q: What are occasions for choosing circulating return air device as option?

A: In the area with relatively high moisture, the effect will be more favorable if reusing the worked air through the return air device, compared with the method of sucking air with moisture directly.
