Shini Received National Production License for Refrigeration Equipment

The day of 14th, March 2011 is a milestone for Shini Dongguan because Shini was approved by National Bureau of Quality Inspection to win Production License for Refrigeration Equipment, with license number of XK06-015-00840 and hereby Shini was authorized to manufacture water chillers as below:

 

Household vapor compression cycle chilled water (Heat pump) units

Specifications and models: SIC series air-cooled water chillers, SIC series water-cooled water chillers. Capacity range: 25kW≤Refrigerating output≤50kW

 

Industrial and commercial vapor compression cycle chilled water (Heat pump) units

Positive displacement air-cooled chilled water units specifications: SIC series air-cooled water chillers. Capacity range: 51kW≤Refrigerating output≤66kW

Positive displacement water-cooled water chillers specifications: SIC series water-cooled water chillers. Capacity range: 51kW≤Refrigerating output≤66kW

 

Significance of Production license

According to the rule of the implementation, the production license for refrigeration equipment shall be applied to the production and marketing of refrigeration equipment within the territory of the People’s Republic of China. Any production concerning refrigeration equipment would be prohibited without obtaining production license, any business units and individuals are not allowed to sell or apply refrigeration equipment without production license. Therefore, Shini holding the license attests that Shini is fully capable of manufacturing water chillers and marketing them legally and customers have a legitimate use of Shini products.

 

History of Shini water chillers

Adhering to the management of "Focusing on Particular Business, Pursuing to be the World Leader", Shini has never ceased steps to invest and develop all plastic auxiliary equipments, and always devoted herself to building the professionalism and systematization.

 

Shini has been continuing to the lead in water chillers production among industries and it is also the first corporation who establishes the exclusive performance test laboratory and obtains production license. In 2006, Shini initially adopted Emerson ZB series compressor (Freezing model), which is more sustainable under harsh environment and has a longer lifespan, compared to Air-conditioning model. In 2007, Shini launched SICC series central water chillers with big refrigeration output and made a hit with water chillers using eco-friendly refrigerant R410A. 2010 has seen the completion of performance test laboratory and 2011 embraced the acquisition of production license for refrigeration equipment. All of efforts above would prompt Shini to head toward the specialization.

 

Roles of Performance test laboratory

Thanks to test laboratory, products can operate under various ambient environments. Information of water chillers should be obtained from laboratory, Regulations of national standard GB/T18430, 1-2007, GB/T18430 and 2-2008 indicates that performance tests are imperative for new products and improvement. Tests including maximum load, low temperature, vairoplex and voltage fluctuation should be conducted in laboratory. Any information obtained not from laboratory is unreliable and machines without tests are also insecure. With performance test laboratory, Shini is able to provide credible products for customers.
