Key Improvements

Vertical cone-dosing makes a constant and stable material feeding; valve lifespan is much longer than before.

Semi-circle structure of agitating hopper makes capacity greater and efficiency higher.

Newly-designed impeller makes a much shorter agitating time thus performance is favorable.

Both motor shaft and agitating shaft are designed with quick disassembly flat key, making a long lifespan and convenient assembly and disassembly.

Electric cabinet and solenoid valve cabinet are integrated into one unit, making a uniform electric circuit.

SGB-2000-4 series integrates material weighing and agitating into one unit with a high accuracy and throughput. They are capable of economizing labor force and improving efficiency. Compared with western counterparts, SGB-2000-4 has the equivalent performance but the price is much more competitive. Compared with domestic products, they have a similar price but the performance outmatches domestic ones.

 

Application

Gravimetric blenders are applicable for dosing and mixing of multiple varieties (8 or below) of material, and also suitable for material dosing and mixing in injection molding, blow molding and extrusion molding, etc.
