13th DMP Ends Completely & Successfully

According to organizer of DMP, automation and energy conservation become a major attraction in the show largely because of domestic labor shortage and uprising costs. Therefore we can see that many globally renowned automation suppliers present their latest automatic devices and other precise equipments. The number of purchaser in 2011 DMP has increased by 5.5%, compared with last year and the total exhibition area has been widened by 40%.

Spotlight

In DMP 2011, Shini showcased a range of new launched products including plastic auxiliary equipments, automated robots, hot runner systems and extrusion control systems.

Energy-saving & Pro-environmental

Shini successfully launched many envrionment-friendly products and specially presented SCD-ES, Vacuum Dryers SVD, SIC-R2 Water Chillers with refrigerant R410A.

The drying capacity of SCD-ES is controllable, which means system will adjust air volume and energy consumption based on users settings. Material usage amount can be set 40~100% of rated drying capacity and power consumption can be saved up to 35%.

New arrival is HDD series, adopting compressed air plus heatless regenerating dryer to dry material, immune to ambient temperature and humidity. Drying air with dew-point -40℃~-60℃ is favorable for stable drying and energy consumption can be saved 35% compared with conventional models.

New Control Technology

In DMP 2011, Shini also showcased Mould Temperature Controller equipped with new type controller, which has real-time display of water supply, mould and return water temperature. 3.2 inch LCD display screen can be switchable between Chinese and English. It is also equipped with 7-day timer and RS485 communication is optional.

Automation

Three Axes Servo Driven Robot ST3-700-1400T-AC (telescopic) and ST3-1800-2400LT are both equipped with servomechanism to fulfill multiple angles movements and pick-ups. And it is the ideal device for the applications such as embedding and stacking.

Precise Extrusion Control

Shini-Syncro, Co-partnership Company of Shini group, exhibits Sypro Auto automatic air ring + eaSYmex capacitance thickness gauge, which is a control system for proifle thickness measuring. It is suitable for cooling and automatic controlling for blown films with moulds dimensions from 220 to 550mm. Up to 40 control points are available and reduced diameter ranging from 600~1800mm.
