Q: Why replace the direct capacitance material level sensor with a rotary one?

A: When the plastic material stick to the glass of the lever sensor, the direct capacitance material level sensor will easily go wrong. The new rotary material level sensor can directly detect the material level and avoid mistakes.

 

Q: Why use a new rotary valve?

A: Bad sealing of conveying screw causes air leakage and heat waste which leads to a crystallize efficiency reduce; the material is blow out rather than discharged unaffectedly with high speed and pressure; the use of new rotary valve can make all the problems avoidable.
