Exhibition Overview:
Compared with the last session, the 111th Canton Fair has 720 more booths and 413 more participation enterprises inside and outside China. According to the Canton Fair organization committee, this session invite 111.8 million buyers, up 12.13% over last session and the fair will strive to make the number of international chain enterprises and buyers increased (the number at present is 11). Phase 3 adds 702 more booths involving 14 booth categories and makes the total amount of booths to 54900 and among which 58500 booths are export booths and hit a record high. However, due to the influence of the downward pressure on Europe and United States economy, this year foreign buyers generally prefer to place small and short-term orders.

With an accumulative total export turnover of $36.03 billion, the exhibition link relative ratio dropped 4.8% and dropped 2.3% on year-on-year basis. From all previous information released from Canton Fair, it can be seen that this is a rare situation in Canton Fair history that turnover decreased obviously except the year of 2008 due to the influence of financial crisis.

The 111th Canton Fair presents three characteristics:
1. The European and American market turnover continues to fall while emerging market increases obviously;
2. Short and medium term order remains high and long term order still accounts for low;
3. Brand enterprises with stronger competitive advantage and innovative products sell better.


Sharing

Many manufacturers use very effective methods such as dynamic display and operating practice to attract many buyers and visitors to gather and watch. Shini has been in Canton Fair for two sessions successively, with 9 square meters booth this time; Shini has received many visitors in 5-day exhibition period.
 

Spotlights

Shini products have a high popularity. On the exhibition scene, some of the foreign buyers told us even they don’t do plastic business, they know about Shini and Shini is famous in their countries. Several buyers from different countries had a heated discussion about our products on our booth when they saw the Shini logo. What more, one buyer came to us for several days to negotiate with our sales personnel.
