Application of ST1 Robots on Electronics

SGW Meizhou Co., Ltd is one big electronics company who specialized in communication equipments. Possessing their own R & D and production system, the company develops and produces their own communication equipments, including all kinds of wireless telephones, mobile phones and the other electronic products. Solely-invested by Hong Kong listed company----SUNCORP TECH, SGW is the industrial transfer base of Shenzhen Guo Wei Electronics Co., Ltd.

This April, SGW purchased another 15 sets of ST1 series robots from Shini (make the total number reaches 35) and all of which are in good condition.

On the basis of differences between users, molding products and operation environment, executives of SGW asks its employees to strictly do the maintenance work according to the operation instruction manual. They realize that the equipments need more maintenance than repair. Only by reasonable maintenance can the equipment prolong service life, improve production safety, reduce the cost and avoid repairing as well, so as to better servicing the customer.
