The international plastic processing, technology and equipment exhibition Fakuma is one of the most well known trade fair in plastic industry. Since the first time it held in 1981, Fakuma has been the most influential trade fair with 31 years’ development. Each time it attracts thousands of exhibitors and buyers to come and visit. The data of each season has been increased on a sequential basis. With new technologies and new products introduced, the show covers all parts of plastic industry from raw material to equipments and becomes a platform for the exhibitors to exchange and learn the most advanced technology. After four days of exhibition and visit, we have learned a lot.

Spotlight

This time Shini showcased a range of new technology and new launched products including plastic auxiliary equipments, automated robots and hot runner systems.

The newly developed STM-MW mould temperature controller adopts pump driven by self-made magnetic coupling, with which the pump static seal can be realized. Brand new controller is equipped to maintain stable temperature and performance.

SGD series dosers combine masterbatch measurement and weighing into one unit, suitable for auto-proportional mixing of virgin material, regrinds, masterbatch or additives. The doser can be applied to extrusion or injection molding modes, double dosers can be assembled from two single color dosers by request.

The improved granulator has longer service life and better cutting effects. For instance, SG-24N granulators adopt teeth cutter collocated with staggered blades; dust-free cutting can be realized. This series granulator is suitable for instant-recycle of long and tough sprue and grinding of small amount of wastes.

The regenerating temperature of SCD-ES is controllable by set dew-point within the range of +10℃~-40℃. Hourly material consumption can be set 40~100% of rated drying capacity and air volume will be adjusted by the frequency converter of the system and thus power consumption can be saved.

The ST3-700-1400T series robot is designed for rapid and precise removal products from injection molding machine, and can be placed in low plants. ST3-T series is applicable with customized end of arm tooling, which is best suit for molds with hot runner system.
