Shini at DMP 2012

Sharing

As the biggest mold, plastic and metalworking machinery exhibition in South China, this year DMP has once again increased its booths to 4,200 for exhibitors boost up (11% more than last year). During this exhibition, many machinery manufacturers from either Europe, America, Hong Kong, Taiwan, or mainland China, has displayed the most advanced the technologies and products in the world including the automation machinery equipment, energy-saving products and high precision equipments. Visitors of this year increased 5.4% than last year to 80,000. And the exhibition area is 15% bigger to 74,143m2.

Spotlights

This time, Shini group displayed its new technologies and products including the traditional auxiliary equipment and automation robots.

Energy Conservation & Environment Protection

Shini inverter industrial chiller SIIC-A-R2, heatless dehumidifying dryer HDD-U and gravimetric doser SGD had been put on display at the show.

SIIC-A-R2 series adopts compressor with frequency conversion technology combined with electrical expansion valve, by adjusting the rotation speed and the opening of the valve, the chiller can automatically adjust its load within 34%~100% and run continuously without stop. Even with load lower than 34%, chiller can reduce the start and stop times by slowing down the running speed. The less start-and-stops times, the more energy-saving. With frequency technology, the temperature control accuracy can be improved from ±2℃ to ±0.2℃. The forming defects or unstable operation caused by temperature variation can be avoided. In addition, the new chiller adopts R410A refrigerant which does no harm to ozonosphere.

HDD-U adopt compressor air collocated with heatless regenerative dryer to dry the plastic free from the influences of ambient temperature and humidity. Low dew-point drying air (-40℃~-60℃) can be provided continuously. With good and stable drying performance, HDD-U series can save 35% of power consumption than the traditional one.

New Products

The newly developed gravimetric doser SGD unveiled in the show. Integrating masterbatch calculation and weighing into one unit, the doser is applicable to auto-proportional mixing of masterbatch and additives. Featuring weighing, auto calibration and monitoring, the operation can be automatically adjusted when bulk density of material is changed.

Robots

Robots are the key exhibits of Shini in this show. Equipped with servo device at the end of the arm, ST3-700-1400T-AC series robot displays multi degrees of actions and picking of automobile molding parts at the show and attracts a lot of visitors.
