• P.I.D. multi-stage temperature control system can maintain mould temperature with an accuracy of ±0.5℃.
• Adopt high stable large flow pump, except for heating up moulds and maintain temperature, it also fits for extrusion moldings and applications alike. Direct cooling with excellent cooling performance, requirement temperature can be easily reached and cooling capacity can reach 410kW to the highest.
• Equipped with auto venting and auto water refilling functions.

Safety

• Equipped with phase reverse alarm, pump overload alarm, overheat alarm and high and low pressure alarms, etc. When fault occurs, it can automatically detects the failure and indicate it by visible alarm lamp.
• Advanced loop design with double high pressure protections of both electrical and mechanical. When faults occur, the system will not explode.

Performance-price Ratio

The newly launched heaters fill in the gap that previous heaters are not suitable for extrusion molding applications which need very large cooling capacity and big heater power. Also it has the original functions of heating up moulds and maintaining temperature. A much higher cost performance ratio can be obtained.

This series heater is used to heat up mould and maintain temperature; also they can be applied in extrusion moldings with higher requirements of cooling capacity.
