Features

Product Technology & Performance

  • Adopt P.I.D. multi-stage temperature control system with which stable mould temperature can be maintained with an accuracy of ±0.5℃.
  • Adopt high efficiency water-circulating pump which can meet the temperature requirements of precise or small dimension moulds. Accurate temperature control and high efficiency heat exchange can be realized. With stainless steel made inner structure, the heater can bear high pressure and avoid explosion.
  • The heating temperature of STM-PW can reach 160℃.
  • Adopt indirect cooling, STM-PW exchange heat by using the low viscosity of water; the temperature control is more accurate.
  • Equipped with functions of high pressure protection, safety decompression and auto water-refilling and exhausting.

Humanized Operation

With 3.2L″CD controller, the control process can be more direct and easy to operate.
Seven-day timer; language of the system can be converted from English to Chinese; temperature unit can be converted from oF to ℃.

Safety Performance

Multiple safety devices including power reverse phase protection, pump overload protection, over heat protection, low level protection et. are equipped in case of faults. When fault occurs, the machine can automatically detect it and sound an alarm.

Key Improvement

The improved machine integrates heating tank and cooling into one. With this design, the machine is much smaller and the structure is optimized. The standard magnetic pump with no leakage can help improve the performance and the service life.

Price-performance Ratio

The new model of the heater is much compact and with cost advantage. With magnetic pump which is stable and leakless, the new model is more competitive.

Application

The STM-PW series heaters are mainly used to heat up the mold and maintain constant temperature, suitable for conditions which need long time heating, temperature maintaining and short cooling.
