Shini Europe customer service center is cooperating with 5 technicians with different specialization. Additionally, we provide "checking line" for all Shini products to ensure the qualit before sending them to final customer. Also together with Shini technician we want to improve our customer service. Together we will create better future.
Our contact person will be able to help straight way and also we provide technical training for your sales engineers if needed.
We also provide 24 hour service on-line. Each distributor has separate login and password for sending any current techni matter.
