The Application of Granulating and Recycling System in Recycle Industry

The central granulator SG-70120 which is developed and produced by Shini is the largest type in granulating series. With latest V type cutting technique, the rotary blades are able to push the materials to the center of the blades during granulating, which prevents the materials from sticking to the side wall and increases the service life of the side wall. The blades are made from imported materials of high quality, which brings high durability, hardness and long service life and enable the blades to be resharpened. It’s equipped with presetting knife jig which possesses convenient installation and adjustment technique of blades. The cutting chamber is made of materials of high strength and thus features great thickness, high strength, high durability, no contamination, long service life and convenient maintenance. The structure of the cutting chamber is rigorous. It adopts sound proof box with totally enclosed double sound-proof cotton, which brings low noise. With completely sound-proof feeding box, the working noise greatly decreases. What’s more, there is a material blocking curtain installed at the feed port for preventing materials from flying out. To be concluded, this machine features great granulating effect, low noise and easy operation.
