Shini Robot Goes into the USA Market
Shini Group has announced that the all new SS series sprue picker robot is available in US now. The new SS sprue picker is lighter, faster, easier to maintain than ever. SS is designed for rapid and precise removal of sprue and runner from the injection molding machine and places them into granulator for recycling. Moreover, simple product removal is also applicable with optional vacuum generator and EOAT. This series is suitable for injection molding machine with clamping force under 200T.
The aluminum profile is largely used in SS structure for reducing the robot weight while providing the strength and stability. The weight reduction enables the robot to bring its speed to the next level. The R&D engineers have applied lubricant-free guiding method on SS series which makes the maintenance less frequent and much easier. The smarter control system contains 8 different languages that will provide best user experience worldwide.

ST3-S series is designed for rapid and precise removal of finished products from injection molding machine and place them at the desired location. It is ideal for working with 2-platen mold and hot runner system. Nevertheless, ST3-S is capable of arranging, stacking, quality checking and in mold placement. ST3-S series is suitable for injection molding machine with clamping force under 450T.
