•Cutters are made of quality steel which has good wear resistance, hardness and long service life.
•The rotor adopts cupped square cutters for reducing friction heat. When the cutter wears, they can be easily replaced and then continue to work, which improves cutting effect.
•The machine base components adopt welding for sound construction. Install anti-vibration pad to its feet to reduce vibration during work.

•Design of milling type crushing brings low noise, little energy consumption, and consistent particle size. There are screens of different diameters to meet customer requirements.
•With efficient tangent feeding box, it requires no hydraulic pressure pushing equipment and low energy consumption.

•The gear motor is mounted on the cutter shaft to directly drive the cutter shaft to rotate for working, which brings compact structure make it easy to move and place.

With well known helical gear & bevel gear reducer, it features large torque, strong ability of bearing impact and stable performance. It can save maintenance time of belt driving. Besides, the whole structure is firm and of long service life.
