Shini Launches Energy-saving Hopper Dryer SHD-EH
High-efficiency, energy-saving, automation has already become the consensus in industry manufacturing development. It also became main research direction of the products. Shini has successfully technological break through and launched all new energy-saving dryer SHD-EH to the market. It helps to lower the production cost for customer, make contribution to energy saving and emission reduction of the country, and firm the leading fundament of Shini energy-saving technology.
SHD-EH adopts a special made resistance to heat up. When the heating temperature reaches to a critical value, the resistance value will go up rapidly, sometimes even increase by several orders of magnitude. Consequently, the current going through the heater will rapidly decrease, which actually makes the power reduce to make its temperature not go up any more and keep it in a certain temperature. In same drying conditions, the energy-saving hopper dryer SHD-EH saves 15-40% consumption more than the traditional heater, customer investment can be recouped within 2-8 months. The temperature of machine malfunction will not cause any damage, which makes machine operation safely.
