Standard Configuration

•P.I.D. multi-stage temperature control system can reach the highest temperature of 200℃ and can maintain a mould temperature with an accuracy of ±0.5℃. 

•Controller adopts 3.2”LCD for easy operation. 

•Equipped with large-flow pump which especially suitable for large-flow heat transfer medium required moulds to get constant temperature and plastic application alike. 

•Multiple safety devices including power reverse phase protection, pump overload protection, overheat protection and low level protection that can automatically detect abnormal performance with indication. 

Accessory Option

•Water manifolds,Teflon hose and Transfer oil are optional. 

•RS485 communication function is optional.

•Display of mould temperature and mould return water temperature are optional.

Cooler adopts high-efficiency plate heat exchanger which can reach the highest cooling capability of 40kW.
