Client Information 

The factory of the client locates in the medical industrial park of Yichun city, Jiangxi province. It mainly engaged in R&D, production and sales of disposable sterile medical equipment. It is a successful medical equipment manufacturer within China and all of its products are adopted automatic line production.    

Main products of the client include: puncture device protector, air inlet plug, needle handle, puncture device, adjustment jig, dosing tee, connection base, flexible pipe, blood-connection tube. This plan consists of 5 workshops, 60 injection molding machines, 20 extruding molding machines. Machine minimum throughput is 6kg/hr, the maximum throughput is 52kg/hr. 

Plan Description 

The system includes central solution plan of drying and material dehumidifying, chilled-water cooling, mixing and conveying, granulating and recycling. It not only consists of feeding machine in 5 workshops but also contains feeding rooms in workshops. The materials are conveyed from client’s central feeding rooms to separate material rooms in every workshop and then conveyed to the machines. All blowers are centrally placed in blower rooms and with sound-proof handling by air exhaust pipe which can largely reduced the noises of workshop. The 4 central control stations of system configuration can control material feeding of multiple blowers and machines, and can real-time monitor system external signals, working status and probable failures. 

All workshops of client are optical class workshops with low height. All dryers, dehumidifiers, blenders, chillers and receivers are in special designing system configuration. It makes system and configuration on spot reach optimum effect. All pipes of system are placed on the color steel plates in workshop, there’s no need to pass through the internal workshop. It enables to guarantee a tidy and cleaning workshop which to reach the cosmetic workshop.
