Shini Robot Introduction

The robot can imitate some actions as human hands or arms to grip, move objects or manipulate the automatic operation devices of the equipment. It can replace human heavy works to realize mechanization and automation of the production. As it can protect human safety in harmful environment during the operation, robots are widely used in injection molding industry. It can lower human labors, increase efficiency, reduce the cost, improve product quality and its good security performance highlights the image of the factory. 

At present, as human costs in the market of plastic industry are getting higher and higher, more and more enterprises are trying to use the robots. Shini robot specifies its development targets in the future as below:  

1. Injection molding machine adopts standard robot, collocates with system integration in special application before or after the molding which forms each industry’s regulation. 

2. High-speed robot series, the high speed and accuracy largely decreases the molding cycle which realizes much more power-saving and energy-saving consumption.  

3.  Multi-joint robot system integration in wide application and promotion. Starting from processing, it includes metal plate bending, welding, laser welding, CNC auto-loading and discharging, cutting, polishing as well as buffing etc. It takes advantage of the machine idle time for anterior or posterior segment synchronous processing and to realize the high-degree automation.  

The entire level of robot manufacturing in China still exist many gaps compared with the international brands, it also lacks of independent robot technologies. This situation is mainly resulted by the second industrial revolution in western countries. They had already accumulated these fundamental knowledges from decades’ inheritance. Early entering the industry, their improvement and maturity of the fundamental knowledge obtained relatively even earlier. Introduced the R & D design system which transferred the CAD to CAM, employed high-accuracy processing equipment and with the corporation of well-known system supplier, Shini is catching up with world’s famous brand. In the future, it will lead the direction toward even more power-saving and energy-saving consumption as well as the humanization.  

Main cooperating objects of robot are the injection molding machines. Currently, in aspect of robot for production use, Shini has matched with KUKA and dedicated its energy in terminal application integration to provide customers with the systematic solutions which widely used in injection molding, stamping, welding and cutting. Shini robot mainly collocates with horizontal injection molding machine. It will collocate with vertical injection molding machine as well as to realize the automation in the future. Robot control system directly affects its performance, robot control systems are classified into three types for customized selection: simple proof version, programmable & expandable version and advanced remote monitoring version, which can satisfy the customers. 


Stability, accuracy, fast speed and reliability are the key words of excellent robot. Shini has developed the whole series of the robots based on these words.
