Features：

• The low surface temperature of machine.

Key Improvement：

• Insulation thickness is 100mm, filled with flocculent material instead of massive material. When heating up to the maximum temperature of 250℃, surface temperature of casting will not be higher than 77℃.
• Air vent hole on the ventilating plate inside of cabinet dryer has been modified to be spars in the upper part and thickness in the lower part, ensures even ventilation.
• Mushroom-shaped silicone seal between inside and outside the box of frame, cuts off heat conduction between inside and outside the box.
• Heating wire is installed on the suction side of blower. Heated wind will be vented outside after being mixed evenly.
• Self-latching explosion-proof door buckle ensures well sealing, safety and reliability.

Application：

CD-20-HT is mainly applied for simultaneous drying of different kinds of polymers in small quantities or for drying materials for trial moulding. They can also be applied in electronic, electrical, electroplating, paint baking, printing industries etc. for preheating or drying related products.
