Conveying Control Differences between SHR-U-(E) S Applied on SGB and Other Machine

Share to:

Shini SGB series employs the conveying control system and standard equips 4 hoppers which can collocate with SVG and the special SHR-U-ST in application. As the signal receiving of PLC on SGB is positive signal (V+), so the output of SHR-U-ST is also the positive signal (V+), the wiring is shown as Pic. 1.
In actual application, some customers connected the SHR-U-S or SHR-U-ES to SGB. When Shini SHR-U-S collocates with Shini SAL-UG124, the output is negative signal (V-). When SHR-E-S collocates with SCD, the standard equipped photo-sensor switches are all NPN type of negative signal (V-). As the signal receiving of SGB is different from other machines, when connecting SHR-U(E)-S to the conveying control system, it needs to change the wiring.

SHR-U-S Applied in SGB Conveying Control System

As the SHR-U-ST and SHR-U-S used in SGB have different output signals, when connecting SHR-U-S to SGB conveying control system, it needs to change the wiring of the hopper. Connect the solenoid valve of SHR-U-S to metal connector pin 1 and pin 2, connect input metal connector pin 4 of reed switch to signal metal connector Pin 3 of PLC .As picture 1.

SHR-E-S Applied in SGB Conveying Control System

Photosensor of photosensor hopper receiver has NPN and PNP two types. The NPN output is negative signal (V-), PNP output is positive signal (V+). As SHR-U-ES matches NPN photosensor, when connects the SHR-U-ES on conveying control system of SGB, it needs to change the NPN to PNP photosensor. The hopper wiring also needs changing. As below picture 2.
