Exhibition Introduction:CHINAPLAS has been accompanied in the Chinese plastic and rubber industry for almost 30 years. Currently in Asia, Chinaplas has become the largest exhibition in this field , which pushes forward the plastic and rubber industry actively forChina. Now CHINAPLAS is not only the largest exhibition in the Chinese industry, but is also considered to be ranked second to global largest plastic & rubber exhibition (The K-show) by industry insiders, and became the second largest exhibition in this field.
CHINAPLAS 2015
ended smoothly on May 23rd at the China Import & Export Fair Pazhou Complex.
There were over 3,200 enterprises from different countries participating in
this grand meeting and displayed the advanced technologies in plastic and
rubber industry worldwide. This 4-day exhibition gathered and received over
128,264 visitors to look around and purchase chemical material, rubber & plastic
machinery equipment on spot.
Sharing
This 240,000 ㎡ exhibition collected 40 different countries and 3,200 exhibitors around the world. Exhibition groups from 14 countries and areas centrally displayed more than 3,200 sets of the plastic & rubber machinery equipment and complete kinds of chemical materials provided by over 700 suppliers. Professional audiences exceeded 120,000 , with 28% of the people from overseas.
This exhibition attracted many well-known enterprises in the auxiliary industry at home and abroad, including Shini, motan, Pivan, WITTMANN, CONAIR, Matsui and so on.
It also held activities such as smart plant and the robot parade in the same time , which enriched the connotation of the exhibition. In the smart plant program, Shini took aviation cups as products with the advanced equipment, which focused on imitating the real production in the plant. It took the advantage of network technique to transfer all machines’ data to the main computer for central monitoring and real-time reading, which highly demonstrated the whole automatic production line of aviation cups:
• Highly automated - each production process has already been monitored automatically, which no need or only allows for a few people.
• Healthy, safe, and clean production environment.
• High efficiency, low power consumption and saving production space.
The activity in the robot-parade area also attracted lots of attention: robots transformed to basketball players. Three large robots were integrated into a system unit to play basketball coordinately, which splendidly displayed the precise, swift, and stable automation technologies.

Auto Weighing Technology of Liquid Masterbatch
Liquid masterbatch is a kind of pigment carried by organic liquid. By adding minor grinding particles to color the stable dispersed plastics, it is mainly used for the coloring of film, tubing, profiles, and filament products. The liquid masterbatch can remove the spots and markings on products’ surfaces effectively and has perfect results. Therefore, its peformance on film extrusion and fiber drawing applications acquired incomparable advantages which other coloring methods can’t compete with.
The masterbatch
is in liquid whose coloring performance is much better than any other
masterbatches. So it only requires a little additive proportion that can obtain
the required color, which has a more accurate weighing degree. Shini Geometric
Liquid Doser SGLD added the loss-in-weight technology based on traditional peristaltic
pumps, which improves the accuracy. With output lowest to0.08g/min, it can satisfy with small and high
accuracy proportional additives. This model adopts an advanced driving motor,
no need of gear box, and the detachable structure acquires faster replacement.
It is equipped with PLC for auto calibration and auto monitoring of liquid
masterbatch. Touchable HMI realizes user-friendly operation.
Control Technology of Power Consumption
For manufacturing enterprises, how to maximize lowering the cost is determined by lots of factors. Among these factors, power consumption played an important role. Especially for plastic molding equipment, the effective power control equals the saving of costs and makes efforts to protect the whole environment.
As such benefits, Shini now moved forward and launched its latest large energy-saving drying and dehumidifying system in the exhibition. The system possessed heat recycling and airflow auto-control as well as real output auto-monitor technologies. These technologies realized digital detection for drying output which needed no parameter manual input before drying. Its auto measurement ensured the hermetic circulating system’s auto adjustment and parameter optimizing, which balanced the power consumption and lowered production costs.
The high COP
Water Chiller also was Shini’s spotlight equipment in the energy control field.
It provided super COP over the National First Standard and maximally improved energy efficiency. At the same time, it was also
equipped with a patent self-mixing water tank which balanced the temperature in
the water tank. The optimum structure and production technique ensured the machine
was constantly working in a reliable working area. Other technology used were
an adopted inverter fan for system’s working in an optimum state even in low
temperature winter, low rotation speed, and noise made quiet working
environment.
Visual Control Technology
Machine visual is a kind of scientific technology utilizing computers to simulate the function of creature appearance or macro visual. Taking advantage of the visuals to create and recover the model in the real world, resulted in practical detecting, measuring and control. The machine visual system mainly consists of these parts: image acquiring, image processing and analyzing as well as output and displaying.
We have integrated the visual control technology and automation products which are suitable for mould protection, tracking and fetching, quality inspection, and other applications. It lowered label costs and impacts caused by improper operations maximally improving the production efficiency.
Equipment Assembly Service
There were 353 sets of machines which had been assembled with customer’ molding machines this time. Most of which were installed and debugged on spot for the customer. In order to guarantee their smooth demonstration, Shini especially arranged some specified professionals on spot to assemble the machine, and showed a responsible effectiveness. They cooperated with customer to solve the abrupt troubles in process showing customers it could run successfully.
