One company, manufacturing sanitary equipment inNanchang, founded in 1873, and has been one of the largest family enterprises inAmerica. In 2002, it established the China Investment Limited Company inShanghaito be its Asia Pacific headquarters.

For these past hundred and forty years, the company has been holding the constant enterprise spirit all the time. Following “each product should manifest the highest level of that era”; the company has already set up over 500 exhibition shops and more than 10 flagship stores as well as 10 factories inChinatill now.

It adopted the Shini Central Conveying System at the beginning of 2015. The plan based on customer’s requirement in the design and the material category is as below:

As a special property of products and materials, according to the customer’s material and injection amount in the convey system planning, it selects 7 different models of European dryers. This complies with the principle of central drying and dehumidifying to choose the dehumidifiers, following one set of dehumidifier applying to three sets of dryers. After drying via the distribution station, every set of injection molding machine can choose a kind of material, and the quick connector is back up beside the machine. The system also employs a honeycomb dehumidifier with a molecular-sieve honeycomb to provide an even better dew-point temperature. The sufficient drying of material increases the product’s stability and reduces the production cycle, thereby improving the production efficiency.

The central material storage, stacks, dust, and the central recycling are far from the production line which accounts for spacious working space. The central control solves the inconvenience caused by over working members on the spot. The obvious improved working environment reflects even cleaning the workshops, higher efficiency, as well as speaking highly of the customer.
