The automated double-shot process is safe, high efficient and saves energy. In order to facilitate double shooter’s processing for two kinds of plastic granules, Shini launched the “One-to-Two” Compact Dryer SCD-80U*2/100H aiming of its safety, high efficient and energy saving performance.It has less occupation that giving more space, and its integrated design carrying drying, dehumidifying and conveying functions are convenient for customer machine shift, installation and placing.     

Valve hot runner’s unique technology on process control could highly raise parts’ reliability, making melt faster and smoother flow in three-dimensional cavity, shorter molding cycle, which plays an important role for quality improvement.

Shini full servo driven robots can be divided to single-arm and double-arm; single-stage arm and telescopic-arm for selection. They are suitable for 2-plate mold, 3-plate mold and hot-runner system. Capable of arranging, stacking, quality checking, insert-loading and other applications. It’s suitable for injection molding machine under 3600T clamp force.
