Application of ST1 Robots on Electronics

Meizhou Guowei Electronics Co., Ltd (SGW) is one big electronics company, who is specialized in communication apparatus. SGW has its own R&D and production system with the capability to develop various cell phones, telephones and other sorts of electronic equipments. Solely-invested by Hongkong SUNCORP TECH Group, SGW is the strategic base of industrial transfer for Shenzhen Guowei Electronics Co., Ltd.

SGW bought 17 sets ST1 robots plus 5 sets SS series robots in March 2011, and Shini robots operate very well in the company.

The ST1 Series robot is designed for rapid and precise removal of sprues and products from injection molding machine, and place them at desired locations. Standard and telescopic arm(s) are selectable according to the application of two plate mold, three plate mold or hot runner system. Stacking function provides 2 stop points in X and Y axis, multiple stop points in Z axis. They are suitable for injection molding machines with 850T clamping force and below.
