Application of Central Conveying System

One limited company in Shenzhen is an enterprise manufacturing electronic components. It is a well-know enterprise in electromagnetic relay industry. The hundreds of thousands of varieties of its products covering a wide range of industrial automation control system, electronic components, automotive electronics, social system and medical equipment.   

In the first stage of the conveying system, the client planned 14 sets of the injection molding machines. All of the machines use one kind of material: PBT new material + regrind + 30% glass fiber,the dosage of each machine is3kg/hr; Materials need drying and dehumidifying in advance, so Shini recommended a set of Dehumidifying Dryer SDD-450U/300H, which could process centralized drying and dehumidifying for the materials, then materials would be conveyed to each injection molding machine by Vacuum Generator SCVG-050-DS. As all the machines just use a kind of material, this system adopting the shared pipeline to convey materials. Each injection molding machine is equipped with a set of pneumatic three-way valve, via the Central Control Station to manipulate the opening of the three-way valve to achieve bypass conveying.

This set of system used material contained 30% glass fiber, therefore the glass elbow was mounted in the pipeline, which largely reduced pipeline abrasion due to the glass fiber and enabled direct check of the material conveying in the pipeline. The Central Control Station in the system adopted SIEMENS WinCC7.2, it was the most classical process monitoring system that could provide complete monitoring and data collection function, featuring good openness and flexibility. The control station connected to the office computer with cables, by use of the computer, it could fulfill the monitoring and parameter modification to the whole system. System alarm records, parameters etc. all could be transformed to “big data”. The data can be used for various statistical used.   

Shini completed the first set of Central Conveying System for the enterprise’s Shenzhen project last year. It has been running with good effect till now and received praises from the customers. So this year, the client delivered the 2nd stage of design and installation of their second Central Convey System to Shini. From the design to installation, the second Central Conveying System just took two months. Since the system started working, the customer was very satisfied and impressed by good working performance and perfect after-sales service of Shini Team.
