As introduction of industry 4.0, more and more enterprises are inclining to plan the workshop focused on intellectualization, automation and systematization. In September of 2015, based on previous foundation, Shini added the service including water, electricity and gas projects, then set up the system sales engineering department. 

The department offers customized solutions for enterprise set with workshop in whole system planning for water, electricity and gas, feeding system, and compatible auxiliary equipment in demands. The features are as below:   

Resource integration for cost reduction      

Shini system sales engineering department works for enterprise planning, making the current and future capacity as a whole unit. It not only enables the enterprise to meet requirements presently, but also applicable for future demands without second costs due to increasing capacity. The water, electricity and gas, feeding system, relevant periphery auxiliary equipments are integrated entirely which is conducive for the pipeline, wiring and equipment to exert the economic benefits maximally.       

For example, the combination of cooling water and chilling water system; in summer, the two systems work simultaneously to reduce the load; in winter, it only needs to use the cooling water system. In this case, it cuts down the waste of resource to reduce the costs for the enterprise.

For power supply system, the plan of reactive power compensation increased the power in the grid, cut down the losses of transformer and transmission line, and improved the efficiency and environment. In project of high/low voltage power and pipeline, services like professional installations of 10,000 V or below electrical engineering, high/low voltage power engineering, water and electricity engineering, motors, and electrical engineering are available.        

Regarding to the central conveying aspect, Shini even gathered 20 years professional experience. The central conveying facility has been implemented into many large companies like Foxconn, Liansu Group, Hsu Fu Chi, MT Microsystems, BYD etc., and received lots of positive recognitions. In the safety aspect, combine the water, electricity, gas and feeding system plus the periphery auxiliary equipment into a whole system planning could exclude potential dangers and help the workers working in a safety environment.
