Successful Application of TCL Central Conveying System Solution

TCL Corporation was established in 1981, which owns three listed companies: TCL Corporation, TCL Multimedia Technology and TCL Communication Technology. TCL is mainly engaged in manufacturing of multimedia, communication, home appliances and other consumer electronics.

A new plant was expanded in Huizhou in 2009 products to increased production capacity. In order to improve productive efficiency and products quality, in August 2009, customer purchased SHINI Conveying System to achieve feeding automation and intelligent control for injection moulding machine. The system was completely installed and debugged by the end of October 2009.

This system adopts SIEMENS S7-300PLC, which can achieve centralized monitoring and management for feeding on each station by modularity. S7-300PLC adopts distributed I/O for wiring, and only one data bus can achieve full system control in the wiring groove. All signals from each injection moulding machine only use one data line connected to the extension module ET200, and each ET200 uses one field bus in series with central control desk. ET200 can be updated at any time for further system extending. Not only improved the degree of automation, but also simplified electrical construction, and shortened the construction period, decreased system manufacturing cost and reduced difficulty of system check.

The system works well after been used by customers for about 2 months. It achieved objective of initial planning and design, reduced labor improved production efficiency, and won high reputation from our customers.
