Automation empowers personalized appearance economy

The introduction of automated production lines has greatly improved the production efficiency and flexibility of customized products. Traditional mass production mode has been weeded out and replaced by the rapid response ability of small-batches and multi-varieties production. This not only lowers the cost of customized products, making them more accessible to people, but also helps more creativities and ideas to be transformed to popular commodities in the market fast. In the appearance economy field, the application of automation technology is also focused on green sustainable development. By optimizing the production process, reducing material waste, using environmental-friendly materials and other measures, the automatic production line is facilitated to establish the more greener and healthier appearance economic ecology.




A plastics company in Guangdong that mainly produces cosmetic packages is a long-term partner of Shini. The company has twice purchased Shini robots in total of 50 units in 2023 with highly satisfactory experiences. On the basis of this trust and preference, the customer chose our robots once more and further strengthened the partnership of Shini brand. They used the purchased robots for automatic injection moulding of cosmetic package plastic parts. After the equipment is put into use, the robots operate stably and consistently with the production cycle of the injection moulding machine, significantly improving the production efficiency and quality, and the customer is very satisfactory.


5-axes servo driven robot ST5 appearance


The 5-axis servo robot (drive-control integrated) adopts card plug-in and drive-control integrated technology, which enables reduced control box, less cables usage, easier maintenance and better safety. t is equipped with 7” high resolution HMI and supports various bus protocols such as Ethernet, CAN, RS-485/RS-422. The embedded IEC61131-3 compliant PLC allows easy secondary development and supports controlling multiple robots. It features easy programming, quick teaching and has dedicated processing instructions for stacking, sampling and rejected part handling, which also complies with robot Technical Specification DQT-GZ02-RZ-2021 and applicable to Robot Product Certificate.
