Introduction to Ms. Huichen Jin, Administrative Manager of SHINI Pinghu Factory

Ms Jin joined in SHINI group on April 19th, 2010 and it has been nine years since she worked in the mainland. Financial and administrative affairs were her major occupations; Ms Jin has been employed in Guangdong Province from 2001 to 2008. Afterwards, she transferred to Eastern China and now settled down in Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province.

In Pinghu factory, Ms Jin was mainly responsible for financial, administrative, personnel, official and general plus logistics affairs. Supported by leading body at high level and other department staff, both external and internal corporate routines were executed normally in accordance with policies, guidelines and the running features of personnel general affairs division. Thanks to efforts above, staff work efficiency was highly raised so that regular operations remain stable and smooth. Service quality also got improved which ensured a considerate and convenient logistics service for production; human resource management of reserve talents was under development to provide continuous supports for Corporation running. Have been holding the post of administrative manager since April, Ms Jin centered the major executions on principles mentioned above, with all service work paid to production and management in order to reform the recruitment and employment management, plus changing logistics management ideas.

The relocation of Pinghu factory from Daxie, Ningbo has been completed on April, 2010. Under the leadership of Corporate President Wu, all sections began to get on the right track and all staff of SHINI Pinghu factory was ready to confront future challenges with a positive and struggling attitude.
