With the updating information scrolling on the LED board, employees are working as keeping guidelines in a harmony environment.

He gives colorful activities for staff

Apart from the routines of working, Wang is also responsible for optimizing crafts in workshop, training subordinates and fulfilling production targets. Even so, the work in Welfare Committee is not affected because Wang takes spare times after work to deal with the management concerning various colleagues affairs in factory.

Since the day when he became Chairman of Employee Welfare Committee Wang has done a lot for junior staff. For example, last year employees require welfare committee to improve food in canteen. In response, Wang begins to be busy collecting suggestions from staff and finally canteen has added a variety of flavors. Throughout 2010, Welfare Committee was in charge of organizing a string of activities such as fun games, barbecue party, staff tour, mountain climbing and Gala Evening. Besides, during the holidays including Womens Day, Dragon Boat Festival, National Day and New Yeas Day Wang was on the go distributing presents to employees. At the year end most workers were troubled by the difficulties in buying railway tickets during Spring Festival transport, but it was Wang who removed troubles by managing to group booking. Being happy in doing good, Wang is the very model to improve others lives and his spiritual minds.

At ordinary times offering helps become another trait of Wangs life. In the circumstances when colleagues are very sick but out of money, people in Wenchuan are struck by earthquake, Wang always takes the lead to initiate donations by giving his hands to help everyone in need.

Recently Wang has been named the "Outstanding New Dongguanese" by Donguan government. In the Award-giving meeting he received both certificate of honor and reward from Deputy Mayor for his contributions to Shini and society. According to the Dalang office, the number of those who got such rewards is only six. Wang is able to be rewarded with glories just owing to his effort-taking works. Therefore, Shini encourages every staff to follow the example of such a kind excellent person.
