Precision Assembly Supply Center Founded in Shini Dongguan

To enlarge the establishment of manufacturing pump and blower, Shini group separated Motor group as the independent sector, originally a division of production section and established precision assembly supply center in 1st April, 2011, which is responsible for producing pump, high pressure blower, air blower, fan, water flow regulator, safety valve and solenoid valve. In the long run, supply center would develop new accessories such as vertical pump and transformer.

Major products

Blower:

Mainly applicable for Shini Dryers and Cabinet Dryers series. 

Pump:

Turbo-pump, vertical pump and magnetic pump are mainly applicable for Shini Mould Temperature Controllers series.

High pressure blower:

Mainly applicable for Shini Dehumidified Dryers, Dehumidifier and Loaders series.

Air blower:

Mainly applicable for Shini Dryers and Granulators series.
 

Water flow regulator, solenoid valve and safety valve:

Mainly applicable for Shini Mould Temperature Controllers and Water Chillers series.

The precision assembly supply center is not merely a production department but represents a part of Shini group. Not only does supply center meet the demand for Shini Donguan but always stands by to serve whole Shini group. And this goal will drive us to be the foremost precise accessories supply center for Shini.

About future plan

In regard to the organization, we introduce both R&D and Quality Assurance in a bid to resolve problems immediately and come up with effective solutions. Also they will allow us to promote the production technologies, which is of great help for raising the precision of assembly.

At present, precision assembly supply center affiliates to Shini production department. The goal of the first stage is to meet the demands for Shini Dongguan, Shini Pinghu and Shini India.

And the second stage would come to foster and develop staff techniques so that they are able to assist customers in improving products applications.

The third stage will be designed for the independent operation and marketing. We provide the technical services to offer greater additional value for customers and we firmly believe that our strength is capable of dealing with any problems concerning applications and technologies.
